Center for Problem Resolution offers a forty-week Abuse Intervention Program (AIP) for family abuse and violence which is designed to reduce the likelihood of future abuse. This program operates as one component of a Community Coordinated Response from the Elkhart County Court system, and other court systems of Goshen, Nappanee and Elkhart. CPR accepts court ordered referrals, or referrals from therapists, employers and clergy. AIP treatment is based on the Duluth and Emerge models.
This is a forty-week program structured for women with anger-related problems. Its goal is to address the victim/perpetrator relationship and help cope with family violence. Dual-track programs are available.
This group operates under the same forty-week format as the Abuse Intervention Program (AIP) but also includes culturally diverse education and the clarification of U.S. laws.
This is a series of classes lasting eight weeks. Classes focus on identifying anger problems and offering alternative ways to deal with anger.
If alcohol and violence problems are indicated during assessment, CPR offers a combined Dual-Track Program. The Dual Track Program lasts forty-weeks beginning with three sessions per week, decreasing to two sessions per week, and ending with one session per week.
